订购方式 How to order?

订购步骤：
1）您可通过电话联络/Whatsapp 019-931 9941下订单，详细告知所要订购的产品与数量。
2）收到订单后将统计价格（含运费）并向您做最后确认。
3）确认订单后需提供完整邮寄收件地址，收件人姓名与联络电话。
4）银行汇款所需资料将会提供。（Maybank / Public Bank）
5）汇款完成后请立即通知，货品将于逢星期一,三,五使用快递服务寄出！（将在1~3天内到货，按地点而定）

备注：邮寄费为10令吉（西马境内），买家自付。
           *如订购超过500令吉者，免运费。（仅限西马城区，限重3kg以内）

Ordering steps:
1) Make your order via phone 019-931 9941 , product details(eg color/type) and quantity must be clearly stated.
2) You will be quoted a price including postage fee and confirmation will be made.
3) After confirmation of order,kindly provide your full postal address,receiver name and contact number.
4) Payment account details will be provided. ( Maybank / Public Bank)
5) Please notify the seller upon completion of transaction.
The parcel will be sent out on every Monday/Wednesday/Friday.(working days)
You will receive the parcel within 1~3 working days,depends on location.

PS: Postage RM10(within peninsula Msia) to be paid by buyer.
      *For order more than RM500, you can get free delivery. (for area within Peninsular M'sia only,limited to 3kg)

Sundia Malaysia does not own a physical shop, if you wish to self-collect your order, please notify the seller 2~3 days in advance.

产品保固与免责说明
所有扯铃与相关产品均属于消耗性产品，将随着使用程度与情况造成一定的耗损。

因此扯铃产品（不包括耗材：铃线，木棍）的厂家保固仅限于三个月。

其保固不包含人为造成的损坏以及天然灾害，而是正常使用情况下因产品自身材质问题造成（例：铃碗破裂，变形等），卖家将进行退换。

如产品因人为造成损坏，卖家一概不负责。
（例：碳棍大力敲到铃心，地上，或任何硬物导致断裂；
扯铃被车子碾过而变形或破裂；自行改装产品造成损坏）

一对一退换程序：

1）买家如在购买产品后7天内发现任何非人为瑕疵或损坏，必须立刻通知卖家，并不得继续使用该产品，必须将其保持原态。

2）买家必须在通知卖家后7天（工作天）期限内将问题产品邮寄回给卖家，卖家收到后将仔细检查，并将替换产品或同等价位产品补寄给买家，或依买家要求进行退款，运费双方各自负责。

Product Warranty & Disclaimer
All diabolo and its related products are consumable product as they will be getting certain
level of damage depends on usage.

Thus, diabolo products (exclude string and wooden handsticks) only be provided with 3-months warranty against manufacturer defects.

Warranty does not covers man-made damage & damage caused by nature disasters, but those damage by products’ built quality (eg. Broken and misshape of diabolo cup) within normal usage.

The seller will not be responsible on any kind of man-made damage or any damage by intention.
(eg.Handstick hit on axle,floor or any hard object and caused it to break; Diabolo broken being run over by vehicle; any kind of modification on the product)

1 to 1 exchange procedure:

1) If the buyer found any damage caused by manufacturer defects within 7 days of purchase, the seller need to be notified immediately and the product need to be preserved at its current condition on the day of encounter.

2) The buyer needs to return the defect product to the seller within 7 working days after notifying seller, the seller will thoroughly check the received product and proceed with an exchange with a new or same value product, or a refund as per buyer’s request, any transportation or postage fee to be bared by both parties respectively.
